Unlimited Game Music Packs License

Unlimited royalty‑free usage for personal and commercial games. YT and Twitch safe.

Quick Summary

✅ What You’re Free to Do

You get unlimited, royalty‑free usage of these music packs across as many indie games as you create. No extra fees.

You’re welcome to:

  • Use the audio in unlimited personal and commercial indie game projects
  • Modify, edit, or adapt the music to fit your game
  • Include the audio as part of your finished, playable game

🚫 A Few Simple Boundaries

  • You're not allowed to resell, redistribute, or repackage the audio on its own.
  • You're not allowed to claim the original music as your own composition.

Indie vs AAA Clause

These packs are crafted with indie developers and small teams in mind.

If you’re working on a larger‑scale or AAA production, reach out, I’m happy to arrange a custom license that fits your project.

Full General License

By purchasing or downloading these music packs, you receive unlimited royalty‑free usage for your indie game projects under the following terms:

1. Permitted Uses

  • You may use the audio in unlimited personal and commercial indie games.
  • You may edit, remix, or adapt the audio to fit your project.
  • You may distribute the audio only as part of a finished, interactive product (e.g., a video game).

2. Simple Boundaries

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the audio files as standalone products.
  • You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original works.

3. Indie vs AAA Clause

These packs are designed for indie developers and small teams.

AAA studios, publishers, or large‑scale productions should contact me directly to arrange a custom license.

4. Ownership

All rights remain with the original composer/producer.

You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the audio under these terms.

5. Disclaimer

All audio is delivered in standard WAV format and works smoothly in all major game engines. I stand behind the quality of the files, and guarantee they're YouTube and Twitch safe. Since every project has its own setup, you’re in control of how the audio is integrated into your game.

6. Keeping Your License Active

Your license stays active as long as you follow the terms. It is revoked (no longer valid, and the audio must be removed from your projects) if you:

  • Release the audio as a standalone product (for example, if you sell the music pack on a marketplace as its own item).
  • Distribute or upload the music outside of your game without permission (for example, if you post tracks on YouTube, SoundCloud, or share them as free downloads).
  • Present the audio as your own creation (for example, if you list yourself as the composer or claim authorship in credits).
  • Use the audio in AAA or large‑scale productions without a custom license (for example, if the music is placed in a major publisher’s release, blockbuster title, or large commercial project).
